  • I am a big fan of Dutch Baby pancakes and will not only order them whenever I see them on a menu, but I’ll make them on a regular basis at home. Dutch babies are typically topped with butter and sugar, or sometimes with maple syrup. Annie’s Noms made a Raspberry & Passion Fruit Dutch Baby that has a few more layers of flavor to make this breakfast favorite even more delicious. Each pancake is topped with agave-sweetened mascarpone and fresh passion fruit pulp. A sprinkling of fresh raspberries give the pancakes a little color and add some extra sweetness to the tart, tropical passion fruit.
